Researchers Jose Molero, José Miguel Natera, Javier Portela and Paloma Centenera, jointly with the Obsservatory of Technological Prospective (OPTI), have undertaken a study that aims at estimating the differences in the evolution of productivity and employment in the sectors of energy and health in relation to the technological effort that has developed in Spain. This novel approach encompasses a new methodological approximation to sector definition mixed with qualitative information built with highly experienced R&D managers, scholars and policy making related people.
